1. Eligibility for Return

A purchased bike is eligible for return only if:

1. The return request is made within [3 / 5 / 7] days from the delivery date
2. The bike has not been modified, damaged, or misused
3. The bike has not run more than [100–200] km after delivery
4. All original documents, accessories, and invoice are returned

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

1. The issue arises due to accident, negligence, or improper usage
2. Normal wear and tear is observed (clutch plates, brake pads, tyres, etc.)
3. RC transfer has already been completed in buyer’s name
4. Issues were disclosed and accepted at the time of sale
5. The return window has expired

3. Refund Policy

1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
2. Refunds will be made through the original payment mode
3. A deduction may apply for handling, documentation, and usage charges
4. Advance/booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise stated

4. Exchange Policy

1. Customers may opt for exchange instead of refund, subject to availability
2. Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer
3. Exchange requests must follow the same eligibility conditions as returns

5. Warranty-Based Issues

1. Mechanical issues covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced, not refunded
2. Refunds are not applicable for issues covered under warranty terms

6. EMI & Finance Refunds

1. In case of financed bikes, refunds (if approved) will be processed after loan closure
2. EMI processing charges, bank fees, and interest are non-refundable

7. Cancellation Policy

1. Order cancellation before delivery may be allowed
2. Booking amount may be partially or fully forfeited depending on processing stage

8. RC Transfer & Legal Charges

1. RC transfer fees, RTO charges, insurance fees, and government taxes are non-refundable once initiated

9. Inspection & Approval

1. All return and refund requests are subject to physical inspection and approval by our team
2. Final decision rests with Punebikes
